Video Compress Lite has a number of ways in which a video file can be reduced in size. You can literally reduce the video size—the resolution—which is especially useful if you're planning to watch your video files on a smaller form factor, such as a phone. You can cut unwanted parts of the video off, shortening the overall of length. You can even adjust the bitrate of the file's audio. Video Compress Lite claims to be able to achieve up to 30x file size reduction... though the resulting video might not be very watchable if you go that extreme.

Watermarked

While the software is good in theory, this lite version comes with a particularly large watermark to encourage you to pay for the full version. This is a good app in a pinch, but you'll want to upgrade to the paid version if you plan on using it a lot.
